This Cookie Policy explains how Elevated Dealer Software LLC (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies in Service Advisor Battle Royale (SABR), including the web application and our public website (together, the “Service”). It should be read alongside our Company Data Policy.
1. The short version
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking cookies, social media pixels, or any cookie that follows you to other websites. We do not sell or share cookie data with anyone. Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary, we do not show a cookie consent banner.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site recognize your browser on later requests, for example to remember that you have already signed in.
3. Cookies we use

4. Third-party sign-in
If you choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Microsoft”, you are sent to that company's sign-in page, which sets its own cookies under its own cookie policy. We do not control those cookies and receive only the information needed to confirm your identity (your name and email address).
5. Browser storage and other technologies
We do not use local storage, session storage, web beacons, fingerprinting or similar technologies to track you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability. These logs are not used for advertising or profiling.
6. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, you will not be able to sign in to the Service, because they are what keep you signed in. Signing out removes the authentication cookie from your browser.
7. Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary (for example, analytics), we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. The date at the top shows when this policy last changed.
