User Agreement
Last updated October 21, 2026
This User Agreement applies to every person who signs in to Service Advisor Battle Royale (SABR), whether as a service advisor, manager, owner or administrator. By signing in, you agree to it. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, Company Data Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. How this works
SABR is provided by Elevated Dealer Software LLC (“we”, “us”) to your employer, the dealership or dealer group that gave you an account (“your employer”). Your employer decides who gets access, what role you have, how competitions are set up and what, if anything, is paid. Nothing in this agreement changes your employment relationship or any pay plan with your employer.
2. Your account
- Your account is for you alone. Do not share your password or let anyone else sign in as you.
- Use a password you don't use anywhere else, and keep it private.
- Everyone is signed out automatically every night at 11:59 pm store time. Sign out yourself when using a shared computer.
- If you think someone else has used your account, tell your manager right away. They can contact us at info@elevateddealer.com.
- You are responsible for what is done under your account.
3. Fair play
The competition only works if the numbers are real. You agree to:
- submit only sales you actually made, on the repair order you actually wrote;
- enter repair order numbers accurately, and not submit the same sale twice;
- not submit sales for someone else, or let someone else submit sales for you;
- not try to manipulate games, drafts, team assignments, leaderboards or bonus results;
- not look for or exploit bugs. If you find one, report it to your manager instead.
Managers can void submissions, and your employer may apply penalties or other consequences under its own policies. Every submission, void and role change is recorded in an audit log.
4. Pay and incentives
SABR does not pay you. Your employer funds and pays any spiffs, pots or bonuses through its own payroll, under its own rules. Amounts shown in the app are estimates based on what has been entered and the rules your employer set. They are not a pay stub or a promise of payment. Your employer may change, pause or end an incentive program at any time. Questions about what you are owed go to your manager, not to us.
5. What your coworkers can see
SABR is a competition, so some of your activity is visible to others at your store. Depending on how your employer sets things up, coworkers may see your name or alias, your sales counts and totals, your team, rankings, game results, records and chat messages. Managers, owners and administrators can see more, including pay reports, voided sales, penalties and audit history. Do not put anything in the app you would not want your coworkers and managers to see.
6. Chat and conduct
Trash talk is part of the game, but keep it professional. Do not post anything that:
- harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans anyone;
- is discriminatory, sexual or obscene;
- shares customers' personal information, such as names, phone numbers or VINs;
- breaks the law or your employer's workplace policies.
Your employer can see chat and may act under its own policies. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
7. Customer information stays out
SABR needs only repair order numbers. Never enter a vehicle owner's name, contact details, VIN, payment details or other personal information anywhere in the app.
8. Your information
Your employer controls the information about you in SABR; we hold it on your employer's behalf. Our Company Data Policy explains what we store, how we protect it and how long we keep it. To see, correct or delete your information, ask your employer first. If they can't help, contact us at info@elevateddealer.com and we will work with them on your request.
9. Extra responsibilities for managers, owners and administrators
If your role gives you management access, you also agree to:
- set up items, values, rules and teams accurately, and review pay reports before anyone is paid;
- void submissions or issue penalties only for legitimate reasons, and record a clear reason;
- give access only to people who should have it, at the lowest role they need, and deactivate people who leave;
- treat other users' information as confidential, and use it only for running the program and managing your team under your employer's policies;
- not export or share data outside your employer except as your employer allows.
10. Ending access
Your employer can deactivate your account at any time, for example if you leave. We may suspend an account that breaks this agreement or threatens the security of the service. Records of past activity, such as sales and pay reports, stay with your employer after your account is deactivated.
11. Disclaimer
We work hard to keep SABR accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for your employer's pay decisions or for outages, errors or lost data, except as required by law. Our responsibilities to your employer are set out in our agreement with them.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this agreement. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. Questions: info@elevateddealer.com.
